In this study, based on the concepts of emotional labor by A. Hochschild and the experience society by G. Schulze, a number of aspects and features of the formation of the central concepts of these theoretical constructions are considered in relation to a fairly wide range of models and forms of relationships between individuals within the social space of the society of impressions with an emphasis on primary career guidance. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of professionally oriented forms of such interactions, which directly affect the efficiency and reputation of the business. Based on the results of the study, tactics and strategies for managing emotions were identified and analyzed both at the individual and corporate levels, the possibilities of creating and updating forms of transferring the most effective forms of emotional labor from more experienced employees to less experienced ones were especially carefully considered. In conclusion, the changes in the general and economic culture of the experience society, inspired by its reorientation due to a reassessment of the importance of the emotional components of the interaction of individuals, are considered.
