The article investigates the relationship between the image of the father and the level of personality resilience in the conditions of modern social changes. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of the quality of paternal involvement on psychological adaptation and the ability to constructively overcome life difficulties. Using the Parental Attitude Questionnaire (PBI), the S. Muddy resilience test and the projective technique “My father...” a comparative and correlational analysis of groups with and without a father present was conducted. The results showed that a positive image of the father, characterized by high levels of acceptance and low levels of hypercare, correlates with increased involvement and general adaptability. At the same time, the differences between the father and non-father groups were not statistically significant, emphasizing the importance of the internal image of the father, shaped by emotional perception and cultural norms. The obtained data substantiate the need for targeted psychological work on the quality of the father's image in programs aimed at developing resilience and personal growth.
