Ryabova Ekaterina Yurievna  (postgraduate student of the Department of Philosophy, Ogarev Mordow State University )

The article focuses on the importance of social innovations in the context of the transformation of Russian society and their impact on the modification of socio-cultural norms. Leading researchers V.L. Inozemtsev, E.V. Popov and O.E. Shkaratan draw attention to the fact that social innovations play a decisive role in the process of society's adaptation to the rapidly changing conditions of modern life. These innovations act as a driving force for modernization, acting as a catalyst for improving the quality of life of the population and stimulating the development of the social sphere. In addition, the authors emphasize that social innovations contribute to the transformation of existing regulatory frameworks, adapting them to new challenges of the external environment. They are a tool for revising traditional approaches to solving social problems, contribute to the actualization of new behavioral standards and active public discussion of outdated practices.
