METHODOLOGY FOR IDENTIFYING THE LEVELS AND STAGES OF INFANTILISM USING KINESIOLOGY ON THE EXAMPLE OF MIDDLE-AGED WOMEN

Infantilism, considered as a delay or regression in the development of personality, manifested in immature judgments, emotional instability and dependence on external circumstances, is a significant problem in modern psychology and sociology. The research goal is to test the methodology for identifying the levels and stages of infantilism in middle-aged women using kinesiological diagnostics. The following objectives were solved in the study: a theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the topic under study was carried out; determination of psychological and physiological markers of infantilism through kinesiological testing; development of a protocol for the kinesiological diagnosis of infantilism in middle-aged women (muscle tests, criteria); empirical assessment of the validity and reliability of the methodology; comparison of kinesiological diagnostics with psychological methods (questionnaires, projective tests); Identification of applications in clinical practice and counseling. In the paper the following methods were used: analysis of scientific literature on the problem of infantilism; the main approaches to kinesiological diagnostics are considered; specific muscle tests based on existing clinical experience are considered; the parameters of psychological testing are considered. Based on the results, the conclusions were formulated: kinesiological methods represent a promising approach to identifying and assessing the degree of infantilism in middle-aged women, providing an objective and non-invasive assessment of psychological maturity through the analysis of neuromuscular reactions. The kinesiological approach successfully complements traditional diagnostic methods, providing information about the psychophysiological correlates of infantilism, and contributes to the early detection of problems and increases the effectiveness of psychoprophylactic measures.
