THE POTENTIAL OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CULTURAL POLICY OF THE STATE

The article is devoted to substantiating the humanistic potential of the digital transformation of the cultural sphere in the context of the implementation of a value-oriented model of state cultural policy. The research methodology provides for the application of systemic and institutional-cultural approaches as the methodological basis of the conducted research. The performed research allows the authors to identify the humanistic potential of digital platforms as a tool of cultural policy in the development of modern socio-cultural practices, identify the main characteristics of this tool, determine the algorithm of communication actions on digital platforms, and also assert that improving the effectiveness of this tool is possible only if the positions of ideological, technological, administrative, economic, and personnel support are coordinated in the formation of the digital ecosystem of culture.
