SUPERVISION AS A UNIVERSAL APPROACH TO THE DISCLOSURE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL PHENOMENA

This article presents a scientifically substantiated approach to the use of supervision as a method of professional counseling for psychotherapists, including a broader understanding of phenomenology, which reflects the psychological reflection of reality during psychotherapy and supervision. The article describes the main approaches to psychological phenomenology, in particular its processual features, which are determined by the quality of the psychotherapist's interpretation of clients' psychological problems, taking into account their depth; the adaptive characteristics of the client's personality structure; and the psychotherapist's professional readiness to take these characteristics into account. The article outlines the dynamic and substantive aspects of the analysis of psychological phenomenology, as well as the levels affecting the expansion of the understanding of psychological phenomena. The results of the presented analysis clarify scientific ideas about the possibility of using supervision to expand the connection between psychological theory and practice, as well as to enhance the professional competence of psychotherapists.
