FORMATION OF A STABLE MODEL OF RUSSIA'S SUBSTANTIVE IDENTITY AS A FACTOR IN STRENGTHENING NATIONAL UNITY AND STATE SOVEREIGNTY

The article is devoted to the study of the formation of a stable model of Russia's substantive identity as a mechanism for strengthening national unity and ensuring state sovereignty. The relevance of the topic is related to the increasing attention to cultural sovereignty and traditional spiritual and moral values, which are considered as the basis for the consolidation of society. The novelty of the work lies in the complex consideration of the material symbols of culture — state signs, architectural forms, memorable practices and mass cultural images — in their interaction with political and ideological attitudes. The study describes official strategies and initiatives aimed at preserving cultural continuity, examines the practice of consolidating traditional values in educational and cultural institutions, and examines examples of symbolic representation that affect the perception of national identity. Special attention is paid to the relationship of cultural policy with the idea of sovereignty and the perception of external threats. The work aims to show how material culture is transformed into an instrument of ideological consolidation. Methods of document analysis, comparison of sources, and interpretation of symbolic practices were used to solve these tasks. In conclusion, the prospects for the sustainability of the created identity model and its importance for the internal cohesion of society are described. The article will be useful for researchers in the field of political science, cultural studies and social philosophy.
