The article examines the metaphysical and ideological-methodological aspect of the communication systems concept by N. Luhmann in connection with the interpretation of information wars by S.P. Rastorguev. The interval of abstraction, possibilities and consequences of the reductionist-functionalist society model as a metaphysical (worldview) basis for governance and information warfare are specified.
