USING THE NEUROGRAPHICS METHOD IN CORRECTING AN INDIVIDUAL’S ATTRIBUTIVE STYLE

In the context of increasing social uncertainty, information overload and rising anxiety levels, the study of internal psychological resources that facilitate personal adaptation is of particular relevance. One of such resources in modern psychology is optimism, interpreted as an attributive style - a stable system of cognitive and emotional attitudes that determine a person's interpretation of current and future events. The development of an optimistic attributive style has a positive effect on psychoemotional well-being, the level of subjective energy and the ability to overcome difficult life situations. The purpose of this study is to identify the potential of the Neurographics method, in combination with paradigmatic analysis, for the formation and strengthening of optimistic attitudes. As a theoretical and practical basis, a visual-cognitive approach is considered, including graphic work as a tool for activating internal resources. Paradigmatic analysis made it possible to structure the experience according to four levels of perception: cognitive, emotional, physical and semantic, ensuring a holistic transformation of the internal state. The empirical part includes diagnostics in the pre-post format using the attributive style test by L. M. Rudina and the test using the paradigmatic analysis method (D. A. Poluektov), allowing to record the dynamics of changes after performing neurographic practice. The results are associated with the confirmation of the effectiveness of the visual-graphic method in activating resource states, strengthening positive attitudes and forming a holistic internal balance.
