THE STRUCTURE OF THE AWARENESS PROCESS AT THE METACOGNITIVE LEVEL, AS A UNIVERSAL COUNSELING "MATRIX" FOR PSYCHOTHERAPY

The article is devoted to the study of the structure of the process of awareness at the metacognitive level, as a universal counseling "matrix" for psychotherapy. The author substantiates the relevance and significance of the research topic and examines the mechanism of the awareness process at the metacognitive level, through which the Internal Picture of the subject's World is formed and transformed. The theoretical scheme of the metagenesis of awareness formed the basis of the psychotherapeutic method "Technology of awareness of reality (TOP approach)", on the consulting matrix of which the concepts and strategies of generally recognized psychotherapeutic models were systematized and the potential of the TOP approach as a general universal model of psychotherapy was shown. As a result of the research, the author comes to the conclusion that the universal concepts of the TOR approach, as well as the universality of the information parameters themselves in the subject's mind, allow us to conclude that his consulting matrix is universally applied in sync with the algorithms of other methods. The author notes that the universal structure of the TOP approach is thus a new "Field of Opportunity" for overcoming internal conflicts in psychotherapy and environmentally accelerating integration centripetal processes for the transition of psychotherapy to a qualitatively new level of development. So, on the basis of a promising hypothesis, the author notes that it is possible to formulate the position that on the basis of the consulting matrix of the TOP approach (identical to the "matrix" of the metagenesis of awareness), as a general "canvas" of the psychotherapeutic process, it is possible to develop a common universal algorithm for conducting the psychotherapeutic process without conflicting restrictions of the strategies of psychotechnologies of various schools, which will contribute to overcoming internal conflicts of psychotherapy, especially in overcoming the conflict of the multidirectional directions of short-term and long-term psychotherapy and will help specialists in self-determination which methods to choose in their professional arsenal from their mosaic set.
