Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of resilience as a key personal resource that determines the ability to withstand stressors and preserve psychophysiological well-being. The results of diagnostics of the level and component structure of resilience in psychology students are presented. The authors justify the need for targeted formation of this construct in the educational process as a condition for competitive professional development. The methodological potential and direct role of the psychology teacher in the development of the resilience of future specialists are considered.
