The article presents a theoretical study of the impact of the digitalization of the economy on the psychological aspects of financial decision-making based on a generalization of modern scientific literature in the field of behavioral finance and economic psychology. The key areas of analysis of the digitalization of the economy are shown, including the role of digital incentives, algorithmic recommendations, interfaces and social networks in combination with attention, memory, risk assessment and information processing methods, as well as the impact of the level of trust in technology and digital financial literacy. The features of motives are described and the risks and distortions of the digital environment are systematized, the relationship of digital conditions with changes in the structure of motives, attitudes and cognitive shifts in the selection process is revealed. The key result is the developed comprehensive model of the impact of the digitalization of the economy on the motivational and cognitive processes of financial decision-making.
