The article is aimed at theoretical studying the scope of mental and personal resource. The necessity of the mental and personal resource integral form studying is brought up in this Article. The mental and personal resource is studied form the point of view of differentiated and integrated approaches and the integrated one is preferred. Theoretical conclusion is made, mental and personal resource integration predictors are given at the end of the present Article.
