Market Transformation of modern banking services: a threat or an opportunity for classical credit institutions

Modern banking services market worldwide is on the verge of a radical institutional, organizational, technological and structural change. The latest world economic and financial crisis has inflicted huge damage to classic banks that led them to large financial losses, loss of customer confidence and the need to substantially build equity in the face of tighter banking supervision. Against the background of the upcoming era of low interest rates of interest to banks increasingly are losing and investors prefer financial intermediaries with other organizational and technological capabilities. Tougher competition in the market for traditional banking services puts classic banks confronted with a possible withdrawal from the market or to meet new challenges and are ready to resist in the name of survival in the future.
