Problem of the linguistic translation at the beginning of the XVIII century and the educational text of St. Peterburg

The article analyzes problems of the linguistic translation which have arisen in structural integrity of reformatory ideas of Peter I at the beginning of the Russian enlightenment century. Distinction of semantic and semiotics of the native and Western European cultural texts supposing restricting of terminological understanding in translation of technical and art plots of the Western civilization created serious difficulties for the Russian and foreign translators. St. Petersburg was educational "key" in the solution of the cultural question connected with the translation in a national educational paradigm. The research analysis of the translation in the context of the Russian Enlightenment is made on historical material of P. P. Pekarskij.
