Early career orientation and multidisciplinary approach in the process of preparing banking professionals as a condition of the effectiveness of educational programs

Harmonization of educational programs and professional standards is impossible without active interaction of employers and students during training. But for this purpose students have to know that it is necessary for them, and employers have to be interested in cooperation with higher education institution. One of options of a solution - earlier, on initial courses, professional testing of students. In this regard the Beacon digital-project realized by VTB bank is of interest. The project is urged to help students and young specialists to decide on a career development vector, proceeding from specific features of the personality. It is difficult to overestimate also importance of interdisciplinary approach when teaching financial and credit disciplines.
