BRICS cooperation in the field of culture

Modern BRICS - a club of emerging powers, which, in response to new and complex challenges will seek to strengthen the political and economic integration. The window of opportunity for the five countries due to the fact that other similar organizations may not be adequate or set of modern global problems, or do not have the resources to address them. Civic Forum BRICS in favor of strengthening the status of the national and world cultural and natural heritage in the social life of the BRICS and the inclusion of these objects in the program and the social and economic development plans. Gradually increase the awareness and cooperation of government institutions at different levels, organizations, and groups of experts in the exchange of experience of effective national and international governance in the cultural sphere, including through the creation of information and communication centers and expert groups. Russia, together with the BRICS partner countries should create an attractive image for the peoples of non-Western world the globalization model based on the heterogeneity of the global geocultural system and careful saving and updating of national cultural traditions and moral values.
