Political institutions ideas transformation in the M. Foucault`s philosophy

In this article the author examines political institutions and their transformation in the M. Foucault`s philosophy. At the beginning author focuses on Foucault`s ideas conceptual content. It`s established that the ability to exercise power is granted to those few who have knowledge. It`s revealed that political institutions transformation is naturally associated with the transformation of exercising power in society ways which are political technologies.
