ASICA as a Subject of Effective Management in the Contemporary Culture of the Russian Arctic

The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the modern Russian state pays serious attention to the development of the Arctic zone of the country. The programs and strategies developed by the Government are mainly aimed at its resource-economic development. However, experts note the growing strategic role of culture in the development of the Russian Arctic, especially in the context of acquiring a new national identity. The article notes the increasing role of culture in the development of the Russian Arctic, especially in terms of gaining a new national identity; examines components of organizational culture, its main functions are to increase the effectiveness of the team.
