Communicative competence of the personnel of the service area

The article deals with the definition of the components of the communication competence of the personnel in the service sector in the current conditions of globalization processes. Based on the literary analysis, the author outlines the role of communication competence in the development of the psychological readiness of a specialist in hotel services.
