In the article psychological aspects of the use of crowdsourcing in organizational culture are analyzed. For the first time in the domestic theory of psychology an attempt has been made to consider crowdsourcing in the context of an organizational culture, its functions are indicated, and the driving psychological aspects underlying the problem under investigation are identified. The author believes that crowdsourcing can have a positive impact on the organization, its staff and organizational culture, stimulating the involvement of the corporate community. And also with relative ease through the system of internal motives and human values to influence all levels (including the most complex depth level) of this culture.
