Rock culture and power - is dialogue possible?

This article is devoted to the relationship between rock culture and power. The paper presents variants of these complex and ambiguous relationships in different historical periods. Emphasizing the relevance, the main leitmotif of the work is the statement of the problem - is it possible to have a dialogue between rock culture and power. The goal is to understand whether such a dialogue is possible in principle, if so, whether it is possible to predict its further prospects. The conclusion of the paper is that, under special conditions, it has grounds under certain boundaries. However, it should be noted that complete agreement between rock culture and power is impossible, since they have different goals, interests, and most importantly they have different nature.
