To define life or to fall into oblivion: tekhnocultura's prospects

Prospects of the technical culture created against the background of prevalence of rationality over higher stages of human consciousness development are considered in the article. Possible consequences of uncontrollable growth of a scope of artificial intelligence technologies, virtual reality and, in general, the information and communication technologies (ICT) are discussed. It is shown that the growth causes decrease in level of information and psychological safety of the personality and society, loss by them of the sovereignty condition providing updating of the free will principle. The common problem of lag of individual and collective consciousness development of ICT users from growth of opportunities of artificial intelligence is designated, taking into account the possibilities of shadow, extramental management of a people at large extend by the principle "life determines consciousness". In this regard are shown also a problem of delimitation of use of artificial intellectual systems in the sphere of human activity and the way of its decision by means of integral education. In conclusions two ways of technical culture development are proved: bringing to an intensification of human consciousness development to the level of an opportunity to define the life, or – to its kickback on the earlier stages of development, up to full self-destruction.
