The article highlights psychological aspects of axiological personality factors of an instructor at a college for humanities. It shows the results of studying life-purpose focus (methods of Leontiev D.A.) of instructors in three age groups: aged 20 to 29; aged 30; aged 31 and older. It provides results of studying professional identity of instructors at colleges for humanities (methods of N.E. Vodopianova).
