Modern statistical indicators show an increase in the number of convicted of corruption crimes. The Federal Penitentiary Service due to the existing corruption risks is no exception. This leads to an increase in the requirements for official behavior and personal qualities of the penal correction system employees, formed in the process of training in educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. For successful professional activities, graduates of departmental educational organizations need to develop certain personal characteristics, which include the anti-corruption orientation of the individual. The article discusses the psychological and pedagogical conditions that affect the process of formation of the anti-corruption orientation of the person during training in educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.
