To a question of a condition of structural components of psychological readiness of the employees serving with weapon

In article are described the maintenance of structural components of psychological readiness for activity in the extreme situations connected with use of weapons. The substantial structure of psychological readiness for actions in extreme situations is formulated. The research with involvement of staff of the divisions of protection of FSIN of Russia using firearms in the period of service is conducted. Specific features of structural components of psychological readiness at the employees who successfully executed the official duties connected with use of weapon are revealed. The analysis which is carried out in work includes attempt to create a personal profile of the employee serving with weapon.
