Features conflictological competence of a notary

The article is devoted to the problem of conflictological competence in the professional activity of a notary. It is shown that the professional activity of a notary lawyer is often associated with conflict relations that need to be resolved both from the standpoint of the norms of the existing legislation and from the standpoint of the socio-psychological patterns of the flow of a conflict situation. This implies the possession of knowledge, skills, techniques for resolving and resolving conflict, which forms the basis of the conflictological competence of a notary. The theoretical foundations of the conflict as a socio-psychological phenomenon and its features in notarial practice are disclosed. Communication barriers are described as causes of interpersonal conflicts in the professional interaction of a notary. The stages of an objectively existing interpersonal conflict and ways of resolving it in notarial activities are considered.
