Psychological bases of self-realization career orientations of the Russian and Serbian students

In given to article the theoretical and empirical analysis of studying of a question of psychological bases of self-realization as career students of orientation is considered. Results of an empirical research of career orientations of students of higher education institution are presented. According to the obtained data, the Russian students have authentically more expressed need for maintaining geographic location and the free schedule of work. The Serbian students have the expressed need for management of team and capture on themselves responsibility for its progress, they are more focused on interaction with people and also on competition. Differences in career orientations "Management" and "Business" are most of all expressed. It turns out that the most significant career anchors of the Serbian students are less significant for the Russian students. The smallest distinctions are observed on scales "Professional competence", "Stability in work", "Integration of lifestyles".
