The study of the adaptive capacity of the psychological stability of students in educational space of the university

The article deals with the concepts of “adaptation”, “adaptation”, “adaptation potential”. The phenomenology of the problem of the adaptive potential of psychological stability in students of a medical university is analyzed. The factors influencing the formation of the psychological stability of the individual are determined. The author identified the components and criteria for assessing psychological stability. An empirical study of psychological stability and adaptation of first-year students was carried out. According to the results of the study, the level of psychological stability and adaptation of students was determined. The author analyzed the content of the concept of "educational environment". The conditions of successful organization of the educational space of the university, affecting the psychological stability of the student's personality are considered. It has been suggested that the effectiveness of the process of adaptation of students is largely determined by the indicators of the psychological stability of the individual. The author presented and analyzed the results of the study of students' adaptation and its correlation with the indicators of psychological stability.
