Today in Yakutia, with the support of regional authorities, the processes of reviving the traditions of settlement culture are being activated [1; 2; 3]. This article considers the issues connected with the rites performed on sayliyah. Sayylyk - "letnik" - a traditional form of livestock farming in the warm season of the Sakha people-including the relocation of several families to a summer home on pastures for joint labor, procurement and festive and ceremonial activities.
The methodological basis of this work is a cultural and systematic approach that takes into account the interaction of all factors (worldview, mythological, folklore, and semiotic, including a field expedition, linguistic and cultural analysis of the texts of algys and prayers, interviewing, etc.).
Analysis of data obtained as a result of the field season in the Namsky municipal district (ulus) and work in the archives revealed the lost links of the ceremonial organization of the sayylyk's living space, their connection with mythology and spiritual culture, to restore the complex of rites of moving to sayylyk. The revival of traditional rituals and practices of the world's northernmost livestock breeders as the most adapted to the conditions of extreme animal husbandry opens up new prospects for the development of the cultural landscape of the Yakut village, maintaining it in accordance with pragmatic aspirations and spiritual needs.
