Model of psychological competence of preschool teacher

The article emphasizes the importance of the psychological component of the pedagogical process. The definition of the psychological competence of a preschool teacher is given. The existing models of the teacher's psychological competence are characterized. The author's model of psychological competence of a preschool teacher is proposed.
