The article is devoted to the problem of professional self-realization of law enforcement officers. The article presents a study aimed at identifying the features of professional self-realization of law enforcement officers. An empirical study was carried out, the data obtained were presented and analyzed, the results of a correlation analysis of indicators of professional self-realization and personal characteristics of law enforcement officers were presented.
