the article notes that today the task of forming a future specialist should be solved through the implementation of the program of support of professionalization of the individual from the beginning of admission to graduation, as well as continue at the place of employment. The authors emphasize that in the field of view of support specialists should get the competence to ensure the success of students in personal and professional self-determination. The result of successful professionalization should be an increase in the number of employed graduates.
