Cultural analysis of modern practices of corporate culture in China

The relevance of the study of the corporate culture of China is due to the interest shown in the People's Republic of China by the global community, especially countries bordering on the PRC. The influence of China on the development of world socio-cultural processes is important not only for analyzing the culture within a given country, but also for building bilateral contacts with China at the level of transnational organizations. The work is devoted to the analysis of existing concepts, general theories, concepts of Chinese corporate culture and the analysis of modern practices of corporate culture in China in order to identify the evolution of ideas about "corporate culture". The study used comparative, systemic and hermeneutic methods, the action of which is aimed at identifying these aspects in concepts devoted to the problems of corporate culture. The result of the study is evidence that, being originally one of the aspects of general management theory, the ideas of Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism and traditional Chinese culture are now actively promoted by the state and become basic values in the corporate culture of Chinese organizations.
