Approaches to understanding basic intelligence in education

Skopa V. A.  (Doctor of Historical Sciences, Altai State Pedagogical University, Barnaul)

The article analyzes the ideological position of understanding basic intelligence in education through global and regional approaches. In the course of the research, it was determined that the “global” and “national” in education are necessary for each other, since it is precisely while preserving each other and addressing each other that both develop and exist. Globality is united by the philosophical category "universal", which is reflected in the concept of the mutual connection of various and opposite phenomena. "National" is that which is unchangeable, does not need a new form or a new quality. Based on the categories "general" and "individual" it is determined that while maintaining the "individual", the "universal" develops and remains, which can exist and further develop in the presence of opposite, different connections, forming a qualitative and quantitative uniqueness. National basic intelligence reflects the specific features of education in different countries, peoples and regions, and global basic intelligence reflects the universal in education.

Keywords:basic intelligence, philosophy of education, paradigm, globalization, worldview.
