The article analyses the experience of the mentoring program – the main form of professional adaptation of young specialists in the company «RZD» on the example of Krasnoyarsk Railway. The authors described the current system of selection of mentors, their responsibilities, methods of stimulation. The results of the research, conducted in March 2021 by the method of focus groups, which identified the main problems of mentoring, are given. It is shown that mechanisms of professional adaptation of young specialists are improved on a permanent basis.
