The article discusses the concept of trust in the context of management and corporate relations, the impact of trust on the economic growth of the company. The characteristic of trust installations and their influence on adaptation and motivation of the personnel of the organization is given. The influence of trusting attitudes on the effectiveness of management is shown. The role of the leader in establishing trusting relationships in the team is characterized. The effectiveness of the activities of organizations that fit into the doctrine of trusting relationships is considered. The system of corporate trust is considered as a relationship between intra-firm and inter-firm trust. The characteristics of the methods that allow the most effective assessment of the employees of the organization are given. It is revealed that employees with a high level of trust lead the company to a higher level of service, quality and productivity, which leads to higher customer satisfaction. It is concluded that trusting attitudes contribute to strengthening the organizational culture of the company, improving the psychological climate within the team, trusting relationships within the organization, and a responsible attitude to one's work.
