Psychological analysis of the features of legal practices

Legal activity as a subject of scientific research, being a systemic entity, in addition to its operational and technical component, requires analysis of both the objective conditions for its implementation and the psychological structural and content features of the subject of legal labor. The objective conditions of legal activity are the legal regulation of professional behavior and decisions; imperious, obligatory nature of the professional powers of law enforcement officials; the extreme nature of the law enforcement activities of many lawyers; non-standard, creative nature of the work of a lawyer; procedural independence, personal responsibility of lawyers working in law enforcement agencies, state-legal structures.
