This article is devoted to the process of the impact of innovative technologies on the psychological factors of the formation of creative qualities of a person, depending on the creative and individual characteristics of the character, aimed at quickly adapting to changing requirements. Knowledge of the psychological foundations of professional creativity, musical perception, readiness for independent search and the use of new computer technologies will enhance the development of creativity as a transformative side of a creative person. Creativity as a psychological factor of ability is interpreted very superficially, we are interested in structural differentiation, functional mechanisms that activate specific levels of creativity development, self-realization, value-motivational spheres of a creative personality, social motives, reflexive aspects, cognitive orientations. Today, the understanding of creativity as a transformative side of a creative personality, its classification properties, aimed at creating the most productive forms of psychological support, influencing the development, formation of the structural, content, technological aspects of creativity, in combination with motivational, communicative, competent, existential parameters, which are based on intelligence and personality traits. These factors made it possible to explore the process of dynamic development of the psychological aspects of creativity, an ambiguous understanding of the very term "creativity".
