TECHNOCRATIC CONTEXT IN COMPREHENSION OF THE VECTORS OF MODERN SOCIALITY

The article considers topical issues of the development of modern civilization from the point of view of the technocratic vector. The subject of the study is the technocratic tendencies of society in the view of various scientific perspectives. The outline the main problems associated with the understanding of social risks that set the uncertainty of future development scenario plans. As a result, a number of trends in the modern understanding of the development of science, technology and society have been identified and the need for an integrated functioning of the institutional system of interaction between the state and government - science and technology - education and upbringing has been identified. It is concluded that consideration of the technocratic imperative is impossible without an axiological component and social expertise.
