RESEARCH ON CULTURAL HERITAGE IN THE HEILONGJIANG RIVER BASIN ON THE RUSSIAN-CHINESE BORDER

The article describes the relationship between Russia and China in the field of preservation and dissemination of cultural heritage in the border areas. The aim of the work is to present the significance of cultural heritage in the Heilongjiang River basin. The aim of the work on the project is to encourage people to consciously protect the cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage of the country. The scientific novelty of the study is an attempt of a new approach to cultural heritage in the Heilongjiang River basin in China and Russia, using the studios of the Chinese-Russian Scientific, Technical and Cultural Industrial Art Park of the Heihe Institute to promote the promotion and preservation of values. The author concludes that the dissemination of cultural values is very important for the exchange of experience between Russia and China, and the residents of the Far East region and coastal China need to study their historical roots.
