In the conditions of modern reality, the pace of life in general and the number of events lived by a person in particular have significantly deteriorated, which in turn encourages him to rethink the concept of time and interaction with it. Modern man is forced to think about how he can achieve a balance between the past, present and future, i.e. how exactly to build a harmonious time perspective. This problem becomes most relevant in adolescence, when a young person needs to start learning how to manage a temporary resource competently, namely, to plan his future, realizing himself in the present, based on the experience of the past. This process requires a lot of psychological stress, which is not easy for everyone to do. In this case, some young people refuse to take responsibility for their lives, preferring either, to stay in the past, reacting to changing events with infantile behavior, or to go into unrealistic dreams and fantasies, taking it for planning the future. Others, on the contrary, are able to assume their future, realizing themselves in the present, while relying on the experience of the past. If a young person does not master the skill of building a balanced time perspective, he will not be able to take responsibility for his own life and will lose the ability to control its course.
