THE CONCEPT AND ESSENCE OF THE SOCIAL CULTURE OF POLICE OFFICERS: SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS

The article analyzes the concept and essence of the social culture of police officers; special attention is paid to the problems of formation and development of social culture in modern conditions. Currently, a comprehensive solution of the tasks set is underway, but their implementation requires not only police reform, but also a change in attitude towards the police in modern society, which is possible only through the construction of competent communication between the police and society as social groups. Social philosophy understands culture as the activity of people in the reproduction and renewal of social life and its products and results included in this activity. One of the most controversial moments in the understanding of culture is revealed not in the logic of definition, but in establishing the evolution of those forms that a person uses to preserve and update social life, and most importantly, in specific descriptions of the forms of reproduction and renewal, their relationships.
