STRUCTURAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF VALUE ORIENTATIONS OF YOUNG AND «SILVER» VOLUNTEERS

The article is devoted to the study of the structure of value orientations of volunteers of young and "silver" age. Theoretical approaches to the concept of volunteerism and value orientations of a person involved in volunteer activity are considered. The results of the study of the structural and psychological features of the value orientations of volunteers of young and "silver" age are presented. It is shown that both invariant characteristics and significant differences are present in the structure of value orientations of young and "silver" volunteers. The structural organization of the terminal values of young and "silver" volunteers differs in the nature of the connection between the elements of the structure.
