In the context of globalization, the appeal to the cultural heritage of the indigenous peoples of the North, as well as to the issues of preserving and transforming their traditions that preserve positive historical experience, is being actualized. The traditional and spiritual culture of the indigenous peoples of the North is an integral part of the treasury of universal culture. The study of the traditional, spiritual culture of the peoples of the North is currently one of the priority topics of Russian ethnography.
