THEORETICAL BASIS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES OF ATS EMPLOYEES: INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECT

The article is devoted to individual psychological prerequisites (personality qualities) for the development of management competencies of ATS employees. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the author formulates the concept of managerial competencies, analyzes their types and determines the list of individual psychological qualities necessary for the head in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
