METHODOLOGY FOR THE STUDY OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF SOCIAL CONSCIOUSNESS

The main purpose of the work is a methodological analysis of social self-consciousness. Self-consciousness as a socio-cultural phenomenon allows to realize the semantic characteristics of human existence as a natural, cosmic and cultural-social value. Self-consciousness arises in social interaction, is manifested in the culture and creative activity of people and individuals, in the attitude of individuals and groups of individuals to the phenomena, processes. The foundations of self-consciousness include cultural and moral tradition as a way of reproducing personal and socio-national life. According to the authors, self-consciousness is an extra-national, mental and spiritual properties of a person. Self-consciousness is a "transcendental subject" associated with the preservation and reproduction of the world economy.
