The article reveals the problem of correcting the self-organization of university students through self-management; approaches to the essence of the concept of “self-organization” are analyzed. The components of the self-organization process are considered. Using the example of the structure of self-organization competence, the author presents a model for correcting students’ self-organization through self-management.
