PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF PROFESSIONALIZATION

The article examines the psychological features of the development of professional identity in the context of professionalization. It was revealed that the process of professionalization is influenced by personal development within the digital society, socio-economic conditions, individual personal characteristics and needs, motivation and professional identity. It has been determined that professional identity is an integrative concept that expresses the complex relationship of professionally significant personal characteristics that allow one to fully make professional choices, develop within a professional group and accept its values. It is concluded that the most optimal psychological features of the development of professional identity in the context of professionalization are: a practice-oriented approach to training, integration of theoretical and practical tools of psychological support, creation of a comfortable psychological environment, minimization / elimination of internal contradictions among future and beginning specialists, organization psychological practice on issues of professionalization.
