PSYCHOLOGICAL WORK WITH THE RESILIENCE OF THE STUDENT AUDIENCE

The article examines the experience of scientists who have developed and implemented psychological programs for the development of resilience, compares them, and analyzes methodological approaches. The experience of Salvatore Maddi, the founder of the theory of resilience, is especially interpreted in detail. The author's program for the development of students' resilience is also proposed, its content, pilot testing experience, and effectiveness are described. Further prospects for improving the program are described, taking into account the significant differences in the sample obtained using mathematical statistics before and after the program.
